Our warehouse is in Redlands, California, and all orders are shipped via UPS. We do our best to package and ship orders as quickly as possible. Please contact us if you have any questions.

We don’t share any of your information with other companies, websites or businesses. Your account information is safe with us. We do use Cookies to track customer behavior on our website via Google Analytics to improve our products, services and create a better shopping environment for all customers. Credit Card and payment information is encrypted and protected for your privacy and security.

We offer free replacement of any item that arrives damaged within 15 days, minus shipping and handling. For non-defective item returns, we charge a 20% restocking fee.

If you have any questions about your order, you can visit your account on our website in the top navigation bar. We only accept online orders, no phone orders. All your past orders are kept in your account history and you can access this information any time.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and PayPal payments to protect you and your information. The prices on our website are already low, but from time to time we offer special limited-time promotions and coupon codes. Each sale or coupon has specific terms of use and any questions should be sent to us via email. If you have questions regarding the price of an item, or the amount paid for an order, please send an email that details the order number, date, and your question and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

You can update your account information any time by clicking My Account at the top of this site. You can edit your shipping and billing address, email address, and contact information.

Contact within 15 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price of your product minus shipping and handling. Your return will be processed within 7-10 business days. To begin a return please email

If you ordered by credit card, we’ll credit your account within 14 business days, which will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you have requested an exchange, your account will be charged for the new item and credited for the return. If you paid with a Gift Card, a credit will be reapplied to an original gift card. If a credit card was used in combination with a Gift Card, the amount will be returned to the payment method used.

Gift Cards can’t be returned.

All international orders are final. Items shipped internationally cannot be returned.
